Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Do not store fresh sea grapes in the refrigerator.
Soak the sea grapes for 5 - 10 minutes to reduce the salty taste of the sea.
Soak only the required amount of algae, cover the box tightly.
To increase the crispness, soak the sea grapes in ice water or on ice when used.
Do not cook over high heat to prevent the seaweed from shrinking.
Fresh sea grape seaweed:
